Goal: Based on our identity as priest, prophet and king, Year 3 of the Encounter School of Ministry exists to provide our graduates the transformational resources and support needed to cultivate the supernatural lifestyle of Jesus, based on their specific calling in life.

THE SUPERNATURAL LIFESTYLE OF jesus
Jesus’ lived and ministered as priest, prophet, and king. We participate in his identity, anointing and mission as priest, prophet and king. A lifestyle is expressed by the habits and qualities that we intentionally acquire to direct our daily life. We understand the supernatural lifestyle of Jesus to be defined by the virtues and qualities that correspond and enable us to live and advance the kingdom in our identity as priest, prophet and king.

Transformational Teaching
Each trimester contains teachings on the most important lifestyle virtues related to our identity as priest, prophet and king. The teaching each week provides renewal of the mind for the featured lifestyle virtue and quality and are only taught by the leaders that have been recognized in our community for fully living out and modeling the specific virtue.
Keys & Tools to Cultivate the Virtues & Qualities
These are the specific and practical practices that the leaders put into practice to cultivate the specific virtue that was taught on and provide a plan for how to practically grow in the area. The keys and tools provide the clear and practical pathways to access and appropriate the habits and qualities into your life.
Dynamic Small Group
Each student will have extended 90 minute small group each week to process the teaching and previous week homework assignment, share testimonies of how they are living out the core values (see below), receive prayer and support from a dedicated prayer partner, and receive any needed support and accountability in living out their personal growth plan.
Testimony Based Culture & Accountability
Culture is primarily determined by what we celebrate. Each week, students will share testimonies of how they are putting the content and homework into practice and living out the core values. This expectation celebrates the transformation of each students and creates a natural accountability structure to prioritize the cultivation of the lifestyle of Jesus.
Trusted Feedback Survey
Receive data from trusted family, friends and fellow ESM grads to receive counsel and feedback for where you need to focus your growth, break off fear and enter into greater freedom. The feedback they receive is also valuable for helping them to determine the most important area of growth for their trimester growth plans.
Personal Growth Plans & Individualized Support
At the end of each trimester, students are required to develop personal growth plans that integrates the tools and keys they have received to develop the habits they need for their lifestyle transformation in the love of God. Each student will be paired with another student in their small group to pray, support and provide accountability for staying faithful to the practices they commit to in their personal growth plans.

Year 3 students may choose either the full online option, or the hybrid option which combines flexible online video learning with powerful on-site small group training.

Commitment:
– 1 Hour weekly Teaching Session Video on your own.
– 1.5 Hour weekly online dynamic Small Group on Google Meet.
Description: Each week students will log into their CANVAS dashboard to receive the weekly teaching. On their selected small group meeting time (chosen during the application) they will then attend a dynamic small group on Google Meet where the major transformation elements occur. Each small group is made up of 8 ESM grads and each student will be grouped with a prayer partner to accompany and support one another on an intimate level throughout the year.
ESM Year 3 Online Campus Weekly Structure:
Wednesday – The teaching video and resources come available on the student dashboard. Students will watch the video prior to their online small group.
Following Week – Students meet in a dynamic Google Meet room for 1.5 hours each week with their small group leaders at their preferred weekly meeting time. Year 3 online students can choose from 8 different small group meeting times during the enrollment process. They can also request particular students to be in small group with them.

Commitment:
– 1 Hour weekly Teaching Session Video on your own.
– 1.5 Hour weekly Small Group at the Main Campus in dedicated small group room.
Description: Like the online campus, Brighton Main Campus students will have online access to the video teachings and will be responsible for receiving the teaching prior to meeting with their small group. On Mondays, they will join the campus for worship. At 6:15pm, Year 3 students will be dismissed to their dedicated and private small group meeting room from approximately 6:15-7:30pm. After their small group ends, they will be dismissed to go home.
ESM Year 3 Onsite Campus Weekly Structure:
Wednesday Prior to Class – The teaching video and resources come available on the student dashboard. Students will watch the video prior to their class the following week.
Monday* – Student gather at the Onsite Campus for worship and then meet with their small groups from approximately 6:15pm – 7:45pm* for an extended small group session where the majority of the transformation occurs.

Bold Prophets
Trimester Core Value : Prophetic Encouragement | Seeing those around us through the eyes of Jesus and communicating that reality to build them up in Jesus.
This trimester covers a total of 8 virtues related to our identity as Bold Prophets.
RELEASING Love
Trimester 3 | March 3 – May 12
Anointed Kings
Trimester Core Value : Spirit-Led Boldness | Responding in obedience to the Holy Spirit to make Jesus known to the world around us regardless of the outcome.
This trimester covers a total of 7 virtues related to our identity as Anointed Kings.
