Scholarships
Our heart is that we could equip more students regardless of means to advance the kingdom in their spheres of influence.
Through the generous support of our Advancing the Kingdom Campaign
supporters, we are offering limited need-based scholarships for our Main Campus, Online Campuses, and Satellite Campuses*.
*Additional Satellite Campus scholarships offered by individual campuses vary by campus, and inquiries can be made to the satellite campus director.
Scholarships are available for the following groups:
Priests • Seminarians • Vowed Religious Brothers or Sisters • Young Adults (18–30 Year Olds)
**Please note: Advancing the Kingdom Scholarships are not currently available for Year 3 students.
priests
Automatically, priests automatically recieve a special rate to attend the Encounter School of Ministry. Tuition is $500 (annual rate) or $600 if paid quarterly ($150 / quarter). However, understanding the impact ESM has had on the priesthood of so many of our students and alumni, we want to make sure that as many priests as possible are able to attend without finances being an impediment.

Seminarians
Seminarians are vital to the growth and health of the church. We believe that seminarians who are able to go through the Encounter School of Ministry receive supplemental education to what they are receiving in the seminary to help prepare them for a spirit-led priesthood.

Religious
Over the past three years, we have had over 150 religious sisters go through the Encounter School of Ministry. There have been many more who have indicated they would like to attend, but have not been able to due to costs. We want to see the Brides of Christ have their hearts continue to be set on fire, so they can live out their vocational calling with the power of the Holy Spirit.

Young Adults (18-30)
The Spirit of God is active and moving in the hearts and lives of the young Church. We believe that God is raising up a generation of evangelists to transform the world through the power of the Holy Spirit. We would like to help make it possible for any young adult who would like to attend the school be able to, without tuition being an issue.

Students have the option to pay quarterly or annually (discounted rate if paid annually).

tuition calendar
Tuition paid quarterly is due four times per year and must be paid by specific due dates:
- Quarter 1 Payment Due: Sep. 16, 2026
- Quarter 2 Payment Due: Nov. 19, 2026
- Quarter 3 Payment Due: Feb. 4, 2027
- Quarter 4 Payment Due: Apr. 7, 2027
Refund Policy
In the event that a student pays the annual tuition option and withdraws from school for whatever reason, they may receive a prorated refund figured by calculating the remaining classes of the school minus a withdrawal fee ($50). They must request a the refund request form through Student Support in order to submit an official request. Unless it is requested, no refund is automatically processed.
