Satellite Campus Leader Training Retreat

The Encounter School of Ministry Satellite Campus Leader Training Retreat is a three and a half day event designed specifically for new Satellite Campus Leadership Teams. The retreat will take place at the Encounter School of Ministry Main Campus in Brighton, MI.

The retreat is a required part of the Satellite Campus Launch Process.

Who Is Leading the Retreat?

The Satellite Campus Leader Training Retreat will be led by the staff of Encounter Ministries. Speakers will include: Patrick Reis, Sarah Kaczmarek, Joe Philip, Jay Jong, and more!

Am I Requried to Attend?

Yes! The Satellite Campus Leader Training is a required part of the launch process. Anyone who is on your Campus Leadership Team should be in attendance.

Is There a Cost to Attend?

There is no cost to attend the retreat and all meals are provided. You will be responsible for your travel to and from as well as your lodging. If you are interested in staying with a host family, we can try to coordinate a local ESM alum to host you while you are in Brighton.
