2-Year Curriculum

Classroom Environment

Each class includes a time of worship, testimony, teaching sessions, activations and small group time.

When do we meet?

Faithful Teaching

Before approval, our curriculum undergoes a rigorous academic curriculum review with a team of respected Catholic theologians, including  Dr. Mary Healy, Dr. Alan Schreck, Dr. Daniel Keating, Rev. Peter F. Ryan, S.J., and Dr. Robert Fastiggi.

Not only did they work to guarantee that the curriculum is free from moral and doctrinal error and rooted deeply in Scripture, official Church teaching and the testimony of the early Church fathers, but they helped to provide greater precision and accuracy in the curriculum to diminish possible confusion and ensure full continuity with Church teaching.

This campus has been reviewed and approved by the bishop of this diocese.

All satellite campus leaders and instructors are graduates of the Encounter School of Ministry and strive to live out the ESM Core Values.

Braxton Callen

Braxton Callen is a charismatic servant-leader whose passion is to reach the world with the Gospel by walking with Christians as they seek real encounters with Jesus Christ and make missionary disciples. He graduated from the University of Louisiana with a degree in Business Finance. Has has previously served as a Catholic missionary with FOCUS (3 years) at the University of Missouri and Benedictine College and also with Family Missions Company (4 years) in Lazile, Haiti. Braxton now continues his ministry as the founder and director of Every and All and serves as a full time missionary at St Leo’s parish in Lafayette Louisiana.

Libby Callen

Libby Callen is a Nebraska cradle-Catholic who experienced the power of the Holy Spirit in Encounter Ministries through a weekend Identity School where she experienced transformation in the renewal of mind and heart through what the Lord spoke over her identity. This weekend and the testimony of others led her to joining the online school in fall 2021. She is passionate about journeying with others as they fall in love with Jesus and disciplining them to allow His love to overflow into the world through the power of the Holy Spirit and mission. Libby has served as a foreign Catholic missionary for the last several years and now currently serves as an Every & All parish missionary in Lafayette, LA as well as the co-director for the Encounter Lafayette campus.

Michael Koenig

Through his deepening of relationship with Christ Michael’s heart has been set on fire to live the Gospel and minister to others in power and truth. He has graduated from the two year Mentorship Program for Lay Leaders through the Archdiocese of Omaha, served as a catechist for Confirmation students for two years at St. Gerald Parish in Ralston Nebraska, and led a young adult ministry for one year, all while working full time as a HVAC service tech.
