All satellite campus leaders and instructors are graduates of the Encounter School of Ministry and strive to live out the ESM Core Values.
Braxton Callen is a charismatic servant-leader whose passion is to reach the world with the Gospel by walking with Christians as they seek real encounters with Jesus Christ and make missionary disciples. He graduated from the University of Louisiana with a degree in Business Finance. Has has previously served as a Catholic missionary with FOCUS (3 years) at the University of Missouri and Benedictine College and also with Family Missions Company (4 years) in Lazile, Haiti. Braxton now continues his ministry as the founder and director of Every and All and serves as a full time missionary at St Leo’s parish in Lafayette Louisiana.
Libby Callen is a Nebraska cradle-Catholic who experienced the power of the Holy Spirit in Encounter Ministries through a weekend Identity School where she experienced transformation in the renewal of mind and heart through what the Lord spoke over her identity. This weekend and the testimony of others led her to joining the online school in fall 2021. She is passionate about journeying with others as they fall in love with Jesus and disciplining them to allow His love to overflow into the world through the power of the Holy Spirit and mission. Libby has served as a foreign Catholic missionary for the last several years and now currently serves as an Every & All parish missionary in Lafayette, LA as well as the co-director for the Encounter Lafayette campus.
Michael Koenig was raised in a Catholic home in Omaha, Nebraska. However He fell in love with the person of Jesus Christ first in the Word at 18 years old and then through the Eucharist at 20. Through his deepening of relationship with Christ Michael’s heart has been set on fire to live the Gospel and minister to others in power and truth. He has graduated from the two year Mentorship Program for Lay Leaders through the Archdiocese of Omaha, served as a catechist for Confirmation students for two years at St. Gerald Parish in Ralston Nebraska, and led a young adult ministry for one year, all while working full time as a HVAC service tech. Michael is now serving as a full time missionary for Every and All in Lafayette, Louisiana following the Lord’s call on his heart to radically live out the Gospel in abounding love and transformative joy.
Cost of Tuition
The tuition for the upcoming school year is $250 per quarter (with a discount if you pay by the year). Required books and Mission Trips cost extra.
Students enroll and pay tuition for one year at a time. Classes usually start mid-September and run through May. Official dates and class times vary per campus. Upon completion of the 2nd Year School of Ministry, students receive a graduation certificate.
Tuition includes Half Price Admission to the annual Encounter Conference (in-person or online ticket).

Students will receive a binder for the year that they are encouraged to bring each week and store their weekly student handouts, supplemental reading, and homework assignments. Some students opt to bring a laptop to take down notes, but many do not. We encourage you to purchase a journal on your own for class use. Once onsite students receive their badges, it is required that this is worn at each class and any ministry opportunities they participate in
