TIER 1

We are excited to invite you to discern becoming a Tier 1 Inner-Healing Prayer Minister with Encounter Ministries. We believe God is asking us to make this ministry available to as many people as possible, and to do so we need many people with hearts on fire to join us.

If you have completed both Year 1 and Year 2 of the Encounter School of Ministry, or completed Year 1 and are bilingual – fluent in French, Spanish or German, we invite you to apply to become a Tier 1
Certified Inner Healing Prayer Leader!

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

completed both years OF THE encounter school of ministry or year 1 and are French, Spanish or German bi-lingual

Encounter School alumni are encouraged to apply.

availability

Applicants must have consistent availability for prayer sessions. This must be expressed through 1-2 two hour blocks of time per week to be available for leading sessions.

technical acumen

Ministry calendar, registration and sessions are online. A computer (or other video device), Zoom account, and internet access is necessary.

compensation

We value excellence and your commitment, so we are pleased to be able to offer all Tier 1 certified prayer leaders a stipend to bless them for their ministry. To begin the process we invite you to pray and click on the link below to fill out an application.
