Maximus Cabey
SCHOOL DIRECTOR
In addition to being the Encounter School of Ministry Green Bay Satellite Campus Director, Maximus serves as the Child and Youth Faith Formation Director, Ecumenical Officer and liaison to the diocesan Catholic Charismatic Renewal for the Diocese of Green Bay. He is a first generation American who is originally from Trinidad and Tobago in the West Indies, and moved to the States with his parents in the late 1980s. After college he served as both a Catholic high school teacher and a youth minister. He also has a non-denominational background in evangelization, discipleship and ministry in the power of the Holy Spirit. He has been involved in prophetic and healing ministry for over 33 years. He also has extensive experience working in the business world. He was ordained as a married Orthodox priest in 2010 and he and his wife Photini were assigned to an Orthodox parish in Green Bay in 2011. After 5 years of fruitful ministry in the Orthodox Church in Green Bay he and Photini were received into communion with the Catholic Church in 2016. Maximus is passionate about seeing Our Lord Jesus Christ exalted and the Kingdom of God proclaimed and advanced to the glory of God the Father in the power of the Holy Spirit.

Photini Cabey
ASSISTANT SCHOOL DIRECTOR
Photini pursues a lifestyle of worship and intimate union with Our Lord and has a deep desire to help bring others into His presence to experience and encounter the love of the Father for themselves personally. In particular, Photini has a calling to minister to and equip women for ministry. Originally from Massachusetts, she served as a short-term missionary to Russia and also did missionary work in Costa Rica and the Philippines. Photini is an intercessor and a prayer warrior especially in the arena of praying for cities and prayer walk ministry. She worked for one of the largest evangelistic and missionary ministries to teens in North America and across the world and has worked in the insurance industry for several years where she has been trained and developed as a leader. Photini brings her Kingdom and corporate experience to bear on all that she does and has noted gifts of administration. She takes great joy in partnering with her husband, Maximus, to proclaim and advance the Kingdom of God.
This diocese has reviewed and welcomed the Encounter School of Ministry.
“An Encounter School of Ministry Campus in Green Bay could help toward forming more missionary disciples who are open to the prompting and movement of the Holy Spirit within their lives, and within the Church of Green Bay.” – Bishop David L. Ricken, D.D., J.L.C.
The Encounter School of Ministry is open to Christians of all backgrounds—disciples who believe God calls them to demonstrate His supernatural love in their daily lives. Our curriculum and content is rooted in Catholic Tradition and faithful to Catholic teaching.

Poised for Revival
Green Bay is poised for revival and Maximus Cabey and his wife Photini are right in the midst of the action, partnering with Holy Spirit and several of the faithful to fan the flames of revival and to spark new fires. Come Holy Spirit!

Fr. Raniero Cantalamessa, O.F.M. Cap. – Preacher to the Pontifical Household – “What I have appreciated most in the ‘Fearless’ documentary is that healings are not seen as a goal in themselves but as “signs” of the presence of the Kingdom and the compassion of God, just as they were in the ministry of Jesus.”
