DEACON RUSS FELDKAMP
SCHOOL DIRECTOR

Deacon Russ Feldkamp is a charismatic servant-leader whose passion is to walk with Christians as they seek real encounter with Jesus Christ. He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and took a commission in the Marine Corps, serving as an artillery officer. He is married to Melissa and has two amazing daughters, Rebecca and Emily. He left the Marine Corps in 1997, returned to Cincinnati, graduated from the Athenaeum of Ohio and was ordained a deacon in 2010. He recently retired to spend more time in ministry, is a deacon assigned to IHM parish, and serves as a preacher, teacher and speaker inside and outside the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.

 

ABBIE KOHLER
ASSOCIATE  SCHOOL DIRECTOR

Abbie Kohler loves the Lord, her family, people & good coffee. With roots in MN, she’s lived in southwest Ohio since 2017. She has 10+ years of youth ministry experience and has worked for NET USA in the Cincinnati Regional Office for the past 4 years. After graduating from the Encounter School of Ministry, where she found a renewed fullness of life; Abbie has taken on the responsibilities of Satellite Campus Coach for new school leaders inside and outside the USA, and is the Associate Director and an instructor in the Cincinnati school.

Joe Lundin

Joe Lundin

Director of Worship

Joe Lundin is a gifted musician who desires to lead people to Christ!  His prayerful witness to worship inspires those he leads into an encounter with Jesus!  Joe started leading worship for his youth group back in high school and has since led music for countless retreats, liturgies, weddings, and healing services.  As a NET (National Evangelization Team) Alumni and NET Staff Member, Joe sharpened his ability to lead worship as he went through NET’s musician training.  He has trained over 400 NET missionaries that have a desire to lead people into worship as well.  He currently resides in Cincinnati leading worship full-time.

Kaitlyn Cartone

Kaitlyn graduated from the Encounter School of Ministry where she experienced a transformative renewal of the mind. For the past three years, Kaitlyn has been a middle school science and religion teacher and is currently working on her Masters in Education. She has a passion for encouraging people to live out the fullness of the their Baptismal promises. Previously, Kaitlyn was a Lifeteen summer missionary, led Marian pilgrimages to famous apparition sites, and served in various youth ministry roles.  She currently teaches both Year 1 and Year 2 Encounter students.

Daniel Rodriguez

Daniel Rodriguez

Core Leadership Team

Originally from Colombia, South America, Daniel Rodriguez is a charismatic servant-leader whose life has been radically transformed by the love of Jesus Christ and the Holy Virgin Mary. He is extremely passionate about ministering to the youth and young adults of the Church and empowering the entire body of Christ through the Holy Spirit. Daniel leads The Mystical Rose Prayer Group where he teaches young adults the importance of praying for priests and religious, how to enter into a deeper relationship with Jesus through the Holy Rosary, and ultimately how to become rooted in their identity as beloved sons and daughters of God. 

Maddie Lees

Maddie Lees

Core Leadership Team

A native of Cincinnati, Maddie Lees desires to bring the Queen City to Christ through the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. She is a full time Theology teacher at a local high school in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati and is passionate about bringing all people, especially the youth, into a relationship with Christ and a greater understanding and love for our Holy Mother Church. As a graduate of the Encounter School of Ministry, she has experienced healing and revival in the local, national, and international Church and is excited to be a part of God’s work as a member of the core team.

This diocese has reviewed and welcomed the Encounter School of Ministry.

The Encounter School of Ministry is open to Christians of all backgrounds—disciples who believe God calls them to demonstrate His supernatural love in their daily lives. Our curriculum and content is rooted in Catholic Tradition and faithful to Catholic teaching.

Kingdom Connections

Our 2020 retreat for 18 new satellite campuses took place at our Cincinnati campus last October. Directors received training, prayer ministry and took to the streets to minister to the great population of Cincinnati. 

Summer Intensive: 7/26-7/29

The Summer Intensive Conference provides a survey of the content offered in the first four quarters of the Encounter School of Ministry.  The conference runs 6-9pm and covers Identity & Transformation (Day 1), Power & Healing (Day 2), Hearing God & The Prophetic Gifts (Day 3), Inner Healing & Freedom (Day 4).  Click on image for more info and to register.
