Campus Directors

RYAN MAHLE
SCHOOL DIRECTOR

Ryan Mahle is a passionate Catholic speaker and evangelist and currently serves as Encounter Ministries’ Director of Satellite Campuses.  He has experience as a high school theology teacher, parish youth minister, and most recently as the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s Managing Director for Evangelization.  With a prophetic heart for youth, Ryan has spoken at youth events throughout the country and was recently featured in Encounter Ministries’ REVIVE documentary.  After practicing geotechnical engineering for five years, Ryan experienced the call to pursue graduate studies in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville.  A devoted husband and father, Ryan and his wife Rachel have five young children: Andrew, Isaac, Anna, Mary Grace, and Miriam.  

 

DEACON RUSS FELDCAMP
SCHOOL DIRECTOR

Deacon Russ Feldkamp is a charismatic servant-leader whose passion is to walk with teens and adults as they seek real encounter with Jesus Christ, and to help them grow as disciples.  He graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy and took a commission in the Marine Corps, serving as an artillery officer.  He is married to Melissa and has two amazing daughters, Rebecca, a FOCUS missionary, and Emily, a book designer for the St. Paul Center for Biblical Theology.  He left the Marine Corps in 1997 and returned to Cincinnati, graduating from the Athenaeum of Ohio (MAPM), and was ordained a deacon in 2010.  He is a business owner, a deacon assigned to IHM parish, and serves as a preacher, teacher and speaker for ministries inside and outside the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.

Glenn Gigandet is a faithful and loving follower of Jesus Christ, who seeks to set the world on fire with Christ’s love, the Holy Spirit!  He is currently the Pastoral Associate of Evangelization and Catechesis at St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish.  Whether it is being an international missionary, Catholic speaker, teacher, youth minister, director, or pastoral associate, Glenn has done it all.  He graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville with three degrees: Theology, Philosophy, and Catechetics, and is married to Lara. Together, they have been blessed with five beautiful young children: Dorothy, Charles, Paul, Thomas, and Mabel.  

Joe Lundin

Director of Worship

Joe Lundin is a gifted musician who desires to lead people to Christ!  His prayerful witness to worship inspires those he leads into an encounter with Jesus!  Joe started leading worship for his youth group back in high school and has since led music for countless retreats, liturgies, weddings, and healing services.  As a NET (National Evangelization Team) Alumni and NET Staff Member, Joe sharpened his ability to lead worship as he went through NET’s musician training.  He has trained over 400 NET missionaries that have a desire to lead people into worship as well.  He currently resides in Cincinnati leading worship full-time.

Daniel Rodriguez

Daniel Rodriguez

Core Team

Originally from Colombia, South America, Daniel Rodriguez is a charismatic servant-leader whose life has been radically transformed by the love of Jesus Christ and the Holy Virgin Mary. He is extremely passionate about ministering to the youth and young adults of the Church and empowering the entire body of Christ through the Holy Spirit. Daniel leads The Mystical Rose Prayer Group where he teaches young adults the importance of praying for priests and religious, how to enter into a deeper relationship with Jesus through the Holy Rosary, and ultimately how to become rooted in their identity as beloved sons and daughters of God. 

The Encounter School of Ministry is open to Christians of all backgrounds—disciples who believe God calls them to demonstrate His supernatural love in their daily lives. Our curriculum and content is rooted in Catholic Tradition and faithful to Catholic teaching.

Kingdom Connections

Our 2020 retreat for 18 new satellite campuses took place at our Cincinnati campus last October. Directors received training, prayer ministry and took to the streets to minister to the great population of Cincinnati. 

Summer Intensive: DATES TBD

The Summer Intensive Conference is an evening school that provides a survey of the content offered in the first four quarters of the Encounter School of Ministry over a fast four day period.  The content covered includes Identity & Transformation, Power & Healing, Hearing God & The Prophetic Gifts, Inner Healing & Freedom.  Keynote Speaker: TBD.  ***Registration Coming Soon***
